“Tere Naam” is a 2003 Bollywood romantic drama film directed by Satish Kaushik. The movie tells the story of Radhe Mohan (played by Salman Khan), a rowdy and hot-tempered college student who falls in love with Nirjara (played by Bhumika Chawla), a simple and innocent girl from a lower-caste family. Despite facing opposition from their families, Radhe and Nirjara begin a romantic relationship and plan to get married. However, their happiness is short-lived when Radhe gets involved in a violent incident and suffers a serious head injury that leaves him mentally unstable. His family disowns him, and Nirjara is forced to leave him as well. As Radhe struggles to cope with his condition and the loss of his love, he begins to transform into a kinder and more empathetic person. Meanwhile, Nirjara is forced into a marriage she doesn’t want and faces abuse from her husband. The movie follows their journey as they confront their past and present challenges and eventually find their way back to each other.
