At Queryee, we expect all users to show respect to the intellectual property of others.
Discouragement of Copyright Infringement
Queryee users should take all possible care to ensure they do not infringe on the copyrights of others. In case you do that, Your Content might be suspended or removed in part or whole. Queryee takes Copyright Infringement very seriously and in relevant circumstances and at our discretion, we terminate and/or disable those accounts who are charged often with infringing or repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
Recourse for Copyright Owners
Queryee provides a platform for copyright owners to promptly report infringing use of their content on Queryee platform. We response expeditiously to all claims of copyright infringements brought to our notice.
When filing a complaint, you should:
- Give your contact information, which includes mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Identify the copyrighted content which you claim has others infringed.
- Share reasonably sufficient information for us to locate every instance of allegedly infringing content which you want us to disable or remove. (For instance, by sharing every URL where the content in question might be located on Queryee)
If There Is a Copyright Complaint Against You
In case you receive a notice stating a portion or posting of yours has been suspended or removed because of a copyright complaint, this means we have taken it off following a request from the content owner. In case you believe the content was taken off in error, you can file a counter-notification. Upon receiving a counter-notification, we will send it the person who originally submitted a complaint regarding the alleged copyright infringement. In case the original complainant fails to send us a notice, stating that he or she is seeking a court order for preventing further infringement of the content at issue, we would remove the complaint from your account’s record. Also, at our sole discretion we might replace the content which was removed.
