I think isha loved david (imran) too and they were in a relationship after he proposed her, but one day an accident happened and devid got hit by something trying to save isha. then as his death wish devid asked their best friend (the other guy) to take care of isha, and he said that he will come back as their son, so they named their son devid. actually i think the son was talking to imran’s ghost who is still with them protecting his loved ones… that’s called true love… i wish they release a part two video of this one starting from the ending of this video where when they say bye david the camera will pan to his grave…
