A hero is only as good as the villain he faces.

And in this respect Rana has portrayed Bhallaladeva to near perfection. Whether its the physique or the brains he matches upto Baahubali on almost every level and sometimes even bests the protagonist.

This single sequence, which happens to be his introduction in the first movie, is enough to prove his mettle. Rana embraces the character so well that in the first movie he even outshines Prabhas in some sequences.
