. How can I stop being worried about “finding MY singing voice”? I’m 15 and get discouraged because I sometimes can’t sing as well as other people, but on some days sound really good. Will I ever improve?

As the parent of a young (19) singer, I know the answer to this one – at least in general terms.
Don’t worry, your singing voice is going to continue developing for several years (a Classical singer is still considered to be ‘developing’ into their early 30s!) and the range in which you can sing with control may change.
If you expect to be singing in public, a good vocal warm-up routine will help you to sing consistently (there are quite a few available on-line, choose some which seem to support your voice ) without straining your voice. It will also let you know if you should NOT be singing today.
If you have the opportunity, and want to sing professionally, even a few singing lessons with a qualified tutor will almost certainly help. Another option is to join a choir (again with a qualified leader), or take part in youth musicals (with a good musical director).
Obviously, it’s going to be a few months before some of these can/should be done face-to-face.
One other thing: you are female, and from what I’ve been told, you will get at least a few days per month when your singing is not up to your usual standard. As far as I know, it’s something you will just have to accept and work around.
