When my cat disappeared, I received advice that cats tend to walk in concentric circles in the hope of finding something familiar. Following this guidance, I decided to walk approximately a mile away from my home and then retrace my steps in concentric circles. This led me to cover a distance of around five miles. Remarkably, three days later, around 7 am, I felt a gentle thump on my bed, and there was my cat, back home and reunited with me.
