Shahid Kapoor’s character in Kabir Singh is being hated by many. That means he has played his part very convincingly. I won’t be surprised if he gets a National Award for his acting. He has acted as per the character’s demand, and he has excelled in it. It was a stellar performance with such a tight & solid act. His emotional run-up & behavioral pattern when nothing is going right is just brilliant.

I am quite overwhelmed by his performance. The hardcore emotions running throughout the film, uniquely complemented by the characterization of Shahid Kapoor AKA Kabir Singh was the best part of the movie according to me.

Kabir Singh has got to be his best performance to date, even surpassing Haider, Kaminey, Udta Punjab, etc. Imagine having such a vast filmography and still giving a career-best performance. It’s a long time since he has got his due.
