It is, to a large extent. I know the reason you had this question. You feel it is good to portray such things in a fictional movie but aren’t feasible when it comes to real life. But the fact of the matter is that, it is.

I, for one, was always interested in understanding people and the corporate world fascinated me. The perfect combination of both was a career in HR. Everyone ridiculed me and made fun of the fact that I was interested in a ‘girly’ job but I never let that deter me and I followed whatever I loved doing and today I am placed with DCB bank as a Regional HR manager.
