Adopt a moderate eating habit, limiting meals to a maximum of two times a day.
Choose nutritious and sattvik (pure) foods while avoiding processed food.
Promote sustainability by consuming ethically sourced produce, preferably organic.
Prior to eating, consider feeding a hungry person or welcoming a guest.
Offer your food to the divine, Bhagavan, before partaking, accepting it as prasadam (sanctified food).
