Arijit Singh though is obviously a Bengali by statehood but is also a Sikh by religion who is born to a Punjabi turbaned Sikh father (Kakkar Singh) and Bengali Hindu mother (Aditi Singh) so he follows both religions logically though but generally in our Indian society religion and surname of father is followed so we can conclude that makes Arijit Singh a Sikh by religion but it depends on his personal beliefs too .
