As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, citizens of Nigeria are not eligible for an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) to travel to New Zealand. The New Zealand ETA is available for citizens of certain countries who are visiting New Zealand for short-term stays, primarily for tourism or business purposes.
However, visa requirements and policies can change over time. It is recommended to check the official website of Immigration New Zealand or consult with the nearest New Zealand embassy or consulate for the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding visa requirements for Nigerian citizens wishing to travel to New Zealand. They will provide the most reliable information and guidance regarding visa options and the application process.
