In the process of love failure and simultaneously living without the love of his life…disappointed Dr. Kabir Singh(*Shahid kapoor)also took his family’s repute down by damaging his self esteem by going into stuff doing drugs,drinking alcohol and smoking hell lot of a cigarettes daily. That’s really a self destructive approach towards life and no one should ever do that..but no worries just because it’s only a film.Sandeep reddy vanga is creative director and Shahid kapoor is an versatile actor who can portray dark shades* shady kinda’ characters well enough.Certainly,I felt that Shahid kapoor was made for the role of Kabir Singh. However we can witness the influences and glimpses of Vijay Devarakonda’s acting in Shahid kapoor’s own way of portraying the character. Vijay Devarakonda had starred in Arjun Reddy directed by Sandeep vanga itself. So no issue about that but alas’ this is a career turning point in Shahid kapoor’s life. He nailed the role of Kabir Singh and proved that his performance cannot be ignored and B’wood film industry ought to accept that. In the current scenario dominated by youth stars like Ranveer Singh,Ranbir Kapoor,Aayush mann khurrana,Varun Dhawan,Raj Kumar rao & Vicky Kaushal here’s Shahid kapoor back with a bang in Kabir Singh. It’s blockbuster and already breaking box office records. Kabir Singh surpassed the box office collection of Salman khan’s starrer Bharat. It is also due to the fact that in present scenario audience wants quality content with no compromise to entertainment. So Indeed it’s Shahid’s year so far..let’s expect more great performances from him and in future I personally want that he chooses a script glorifying the concept of India by conveying a social message to the country in the near future so that he could earn his first nomination in National awards and win it for his fans and make us all and the country proud.
