I did not hear of them until I went to IIT Guwahati.
One of my friend use to play ‘The Scientist’ on his guitar, and every time I used to hum along without having any hint of which song is it. I started learning guitar in the second semester and this was one of the first song that I learnt.
Then followed the magic of Coldplay once I discovered them. They make crowd go frenzy with their music and the lyrics of the songs. I was totally hooked onto their music.
Though it is impossible to list out a bad song by Coldplay, here are some that are always on my playlist-

I wish I could attend their Mumbai concert. That had to be one of the biggest sacrifice I made for ESE preparation.
