It promises to be a Cracker of a Film

Of course this is only a Teaser and its Reaction is Ominous

I maybe the only one who has something positive to say on Quora.

Other equally die hard movie guys have panned the Teaser with some Commenters even saying Aayirathil Oruvan had better Visuals.

I remember Samrat Prithviraj receiving the same response and crashing out!

However Marakkar received rave reviews for its teaser and yet crashed out!

Are the Visuals that bad?

I mean of course you can see they are Green Screen. Yet many Scenes were shot in Actual Palaces resembling Chola Architecture either in SL or in Madhya Pradesh.

I mean to me Baahubalis CGI looked the same

I felt the Prithviraj Chauhan movie Lions looked far better than the RRR Tiger and other wild Animals – Yet RRR raked 1K Crore while PC didnt even scrape 100 Crore.

Or are people comparing it to Lord of the Rings?

Ultimately its about Brahmaandam

This movie has the Budget to deliver a Brahmaandam

Whether this movie will focus more on Dialogues or whether it will focus more on Action Sequences and Battles will determine its success.

Since this is a 2 Part Series – I can bet a lot of scenes will be trimmed off and removed. Many Characters will be deemed redundant. Lots of scenes will be cut short.

So Looking forward to the FDFS of Ponniyin Selvan

I hope this movie doesnt collapse because it would shatter all Directors in TN who aspire to become Rajamouli 2.0.

If this movie collapses – We will go back to Vijay and Ajith Masala Specials for the next 5 years.
