The Kannada superstar Yash starrer film “KGF Chapter completed first week on the box office and emerged as the first film in the history to accumulate ₹250 crore or ₹2.5 arab nett in a week in Hindi belt. The film garnered ₹16 cr to its total on Wednesday, taking the film’s total to ₹250 cr in a week as per the report of Box office India.

The “KGF Chapter 2” registered the second best opening week of any Indian film ever, earning ₹719 crore at the global office in seven days.

On Thursday afternoon, film trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan shared the news that KGF: Chapter 2 has crossed ₹ 700 crore worldwide. “#KGFChapter2 ZOOMS past ₹700 cr milestone mark,” his tweet read. Film trade portal T2B Live gave detailed figures, saying that the film has grossed ₹719.30 crores in seven days globally. This is the second-highest collection by an Indian film in one week, behind Baahubali: The Conclusion, which grossed over ₹800 crores in the first seven days.

“KGF 2” Hindi version has reportedly outclassed the record of “Bahubali – The Conclusion”, which had accumulated ₹246.50 crore nett in its first week. As per the trend developed currently, “KGF Chapter 2” Hindi could hit 100 cr nett mark only in Mumbai by the coming weekend. While as “KGF 2” Hindi version has emerged as a huge blockbuster, the film continues to record a daily drop in collection.
