There is no difference at all.

Some people are needlessly stuck on the minutia of chord nomenclature to insist that all chord members are ODD numbers, rather than even, but there are even numbers in chord nomenclature. Others insist that calling it a 9th means it’s voiced an octave higher than if it was named a 2nd, but there is nothing in a chord symbol to suggest anything about voicing, other than the bass note (the lowest note in the bass register). You can distribute the notes in the chord any way you want without contradicting the chord symbol, other than the bass note which is more-or-less dictated. Jazz bass players would disagree about the bass note, but that’s part of chord symbols—they are meant to be a convenient shorthand for any instrument to understand the harmony quickly.

So it comes down to whichever you want. The players will make no distinction between them.
