In our experience raising Angus cattle, we have observed a range of temperaments, with some cows being very docile while others require caution. When a cow displays aggressive behavior or poses a potential danger, we typically opt to sell it at the auction. On the other hand, dairy cows receive regular handling and interaction, which often contributes to their generally more docile nature. However, it’s important to note that there are exceptions to every rule, and individual differences can exist within any breed or species.
