Will girls would have still loved Arjun Reddy or Kabir Singh if the handsome hero has been replaced by ugly hero or he would have been called as pervert for kissing the girl without her permission?

The kissing part happens a lot more than you think. It’s better to have happened from someone that loves you to death than someone who is a random passerby, hungry for some booty.
I don’t know why people hated the character. He may have had anger issues and he may have done things that weren’t always right, but nowhere did he ever disrespect his lady love.
He slapped her once. She slapped him twice in the movie. But people only noticed his slap.
He did not touch her until she made the move. Remember, when he tutors her and the lecture is on upper thorax? Doesn’t he walk out? Isn’t that a sign of respect? Why wouldn’t I love a man who has that kind of decency?
He fought the entire college for her. He beat up the guy who touched her while putting holy colours. He even fought with her family to marry her. Isn’t that heroic?
He may have hooked up with other women during the 8 months post breakup but he stops before he has sex with them. That is loyalty even if it doesn’t make sense. He waits 8 months and then even searches for her despite knowing she married someone else. Isn’t that love?
As for your question, I know a lot of guys who aren’t good looking and have anger issues but are with girls who want them as they are.
Don’t just focus on the bad someone does. They do a lot more good which is usually ignored.
