Not near but it will definitely going to be big for sure and the opening of the film will be great.

It is not good to compare kgf with baahubali franchise as baahubali 1 made over a budget of 180 cr and had a great release whether in terms of screen space and a healthy buzz and made a good impact in boxoffice and due to which part 2 holds so much expectation and hype of audience and made an extraordinary impact not only in the box office but in the indian cinema. While if you talk about kgf it is made on a buget approx <100 cr with having clash with ZERO and still manged to do good at boxoffice ie 250 cr ( half of baahubali 1 ) .

Before talking about kgf 2 lets see some boxoffice analysis of bahubali 1 and kgf :

Baahubali 1 :

Overseas Collection ₹ 134 Cr [All Language]

India Gross Collection ₹ 516 Cr [All Language]

Incuding 118 cr from hindi net and 200 cr + from Telugu(orginal)

Kgf 1:

Overseas Collection ₹ 10.00 Cr

India Gross Collection ₹ 228.00 Cr

Including 45 cr net from hindi and 110 cr from Kannada(original)

So in case of 1st part if we notice the only factor that make bahubali better is that good overseas collection due to the tollywood as kollywood is not that vast then the tollywood in certain regions like in overseas.

Baahubali 2 :

Overseas Collection ₹ 371.16 Cr

India Gross Collection 1,416.9 Cr

Having 500cr + hindi collection highest ever.

So its definitely impossible for kgf to stand near these big figures but i am damn sure that it will gross 2 * then the 1st part as it has potential to cross 100 cr in hindi the only thing that can trouble kgf is overseas .
