I agree with you that there is no one-size-fits-all diet. What works for one person may not work for another. The most important thing is to find a way of eating that you can stick to long-term.
I think it’s great that you’ve found a way of eating that works for you. If you’re not hungry in the morning, there’s no need to eat breakfast. And if you’re more likely to overeat at lunch, it makes sense to cut back on that meal.
The key is to find a balance that works for you. If you’re constantly restricting yourself, you’re more likely to give up and go back to your old eating habits. But if you can find a way to eat healthy foods that you enjoy, you’ll be more likely to stick with it.
I also agree that sugar and fat are not poison. They’re just foods that we need to consume in moderation. If you’re trying to lose weight, it’s important to focus on eating whole, unprocessed foods and limiting your intake of processed foods, sugary drinks, and unhealthy fats.
But don’t deprive yourself of the foods you enjoy. Just make sure to eat them in moderation and balance them out with healthy foods.
I hope this helps!
