Well done on asking a sensible lifting question, I am so bored with 15 year old ego lifters asking how amazing do we think their 400lb bench is… sorry I digress.
A strict form bodyweight lift is a good indication that you are making progress. Everyone should aim for this as a milestone. Of course this is a much harder lift for. biological females.
Build up gradually, and if you can hit 1.5 times you will be way above average.
