The most effective, easy, quick, and least painful way to remove kidney, bladder, or ureter stones is by drinking horse gram (kulthi dal) water on an empty or partially empty stomach. Simply boil 2-3 tablespoons of the pulse in approximately 2 glasses of water until it turns fully colored.
As someone who has experienced the pain of stones several times and suffered for over a year, I can say that I have tried numerous treatments, but none have been as effective as horse gram water. While stones in any part of the stomach or lower area may not cause pain, moving from one area to another can be excruciating.
I highly recommend drinking horse gram water for at least 7 days, which will alleviate your problem with minimal pain. You don’t have to limit your food intake much, but try to avoid foods with small, hard seeds like tomatoes, eggplants, and chilies. Cauliflower and cabbage should also be consumed in moderation as long as you’re drinking a decent amount of water.
Don’t worry, as I am confident this will help you. Take care of yourself, others, and feed the animals. Thank you!
