YES
Song editor here.
My team edited this song as we all know that song was shot in one take and no cuts were there.
Back then, we just finished with Dil Dhadakne Do’s trailer and what we were just left with just songs.
So, we got all the songs and the first song that director wanted to release was Gallan Goodiyan. And the deadline they gave us of 2 days.
We were surprised like how could we supposed to edit the entire song in just 2 days because usually song editing involves rich grading, color-correction and many more things to be done.
I looked over the song and it was just one file there. I was more surprised and my team told me that how could there be just one file of recording and then in curiosity I played that file and we all started watching the shots.
And then the shock came to us that no cuts were there. Like literally not a single retake or cut was there.
The entire song was shot in just one take. I was so impressed and surprised to see that. Everything was so synced and on the point.
They I understood why they wanted their song to edit in 2 days. For us, it was just a matter of 1 day or may be few hours.
And that’s what we did. We edited the entire song with rich visuals, grading and made that song looked more beautiful than ever.
And, that is what you are watching on Youtube and in movie my friends.
