I have a personal preference for Neutrogena sunscreen and another medicated brand. However, I advise against blindly trusting any brand of sunscreen. First, determine your skin type. If you have oily skin, it’s best to use lotion, mist, or spray sunscreen instead of cream-based ones.
Moreover, there’s no need to go beyond SPF 25 to 30. Even high-end dermatologists recommend this. Buying an SPF 50 sunscreen for a high price is unnecessary. Instead, ensure that the sunscreen is water-resistant and broad-spectrum.
If you find a cheaper sunscreen that meets the above criteria, go for it. Finally, remember to reapply your sunscreen every three hours, regardless of the SPF or brand.
Okay first of all ..I personally like Neutrogena sunscreen and the other is medicated
But I will advice you that do not go blindly over any brand sunscreen first of all know your skin type if you are oily skin person you need lotion or mist or spray sunscreen instead of cream based.
Other is do not go over SPF after 25 to 30 spf there is much less difference for example many people buy spf 50 sunscreen for like 2000 rs you don’t need it buddy.even high setup dermatologist advice of
-SPF TO AT LEAST 25 TO 30
-IT SHOULD BE WATER RESISTANCE SUNSCREEN
-IT SHOULD BE BROAD SPECTRUM ALSO.
that’s it if you find above criteria in cheaper price go for it.
